Ingredients: Lentils, quinoa, chia seeds, broccoli, sweet potato (boiled), apples, steel-cut oats, chickpeas, almonds, spinach.

Possible meals:

Quinua Lentil Bowl, Chickpea and Sweet Potato Salad, Apple Cinnamon Oat Bowl

High Protien

Ingredients: Chicken breast, Eggs, Greek yogurt, Salmon, Black beans, Tofu, Cottage cheese, Quinoa, Almonds, Whey protein powder

Possible Meals:

Grilled Chicken Bowl,Salmon & Black Bean Plate, Tofu & Egg Scramble
